Chad has custom pool construction in his blood. Having grown up in the family business riding along on job sites with his father, LaGasse’s former head of construction, Chad spent his school breaks learning every facet of the trade in the field before joining the company full-time in 1992.

Today, Chad serves as a dedicated Pool Consultant, partnering closely with homeowners and custom home builders to design and construct premier residential pools. His favorite part of the process is sitting down with clients to understand their outdoor living goals, guiding them through the technical possibilities, and transforming their backyard vision into reality.

Outside of work, Chad is an active volunteer and passionate sports photographer. He regularly captures action shots for local school and club athletics, contributes to his church’s media department, and spends quality time with his three children.
