With nearly nine years at the company and more than 30 years of experience in the swimming pool industry, she brings deep expertise to every aspect of her role, from assisting clients with finish selections to managing service and warranty coordination and ordering materials.

Letha’s favorite part of the job is helping homeowners choose the perfect finishes to bring their vision to life. Her attention to detail and extensive industry knowledge ensure that every decision supports both beauty and long-term performance.

Outside of work, Letha enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and relaxing with a good book.
